What aluminum plate is good for using aluminum formwork in construction
Architectural formwork: It consists of panels and support systems, where the panels are the parts that shape the concrete; The support system is a structural component that stabilizes the position of the panel and bears the upper load. The quality of formwork is related to the quality of concrete engineering, and the key lies in accurate dimensions, firm assembly, tight joints, and easy assembly and disassembly. Appropriate templates should be selected based on the form and characteristics of the building structure in order to achieve good technical and economic results.
At present, the main raw materials for building templates in China are as follows:
1、 Traditional wooden templates, commonly known as poplar and pine templates, are relatively lightweight and have slightly lower costs. However, their durability is not very good and their reuse rate is very low.
2、 Steel formwork, as the name suggests, is made of steel and has great strength, but it is too heavy and reusable, resulting in extremely high costs.
3、 Plastic template, not afraid of water, low cost, durable, but not strong enough.
4、 Aluminum alloy formwork has greater strength and is not afraid of water at all because it does not rust. Compared with bulky steel, aluminum alloy is much lighter in weight, which is more conducive to the construction of building projects.
In terms of cost, although it is made of alloy, it is still much lower than steel. At the same time, due to its complete resistance to water and stronger adaptability to various unfavorable environments, its service life is very considerable and the recycling rate is also very high.
