What are the advantages of building aluminum formwork
Aluminum formwork construction is convenient and simple, suitable for various building structures such as walls, floors, columns, stairs, floating platforms, etc. From the perspectives of skills, economy, and power, aluminum formwork has great advantages in construction. So, which projects are aluminum formwork suitable for?
Architectural aluminum formwork is suitable for construction projects with high floors and similar layouts, such as projects with more than 30 floors, multi row villas, and multiple buildings with the same layout. But in some structurally disordered parts, it is not recommended to use aluminum formwork systems. The basement structure is somewhat disorganized, requiring more irregular slabs than the standard floors in the planning, resulting in increased costs.

(1) Convenient for construction. Aluminum alloy formwork can be reused more than 300 times, and the formwork waste can be recycled. The installation of formwork is fast and efficient, which not only meets the high demand for formwork turnover in high-rise buildings, but also effectively saves the cost of non physical materials and has good economic efficiency.
(3) Beneficial for firefighting. Aluminum formwork for construction belongs to metal formwork and is a non combustible material. Therefore, there are no combustible materials piled up on the construction site, which has a positive significance for the fire safety of high-rise building projects.
